Help with 2Veo Tracker — how to get in touch, and answers to common questions.

Contact us

The best way to reach us is from inside the app: open Settings → Feedback, choose the Question type, and leave a reply-to email so we can write back. You can also report a bug or request a feature there. We read every message.

Most feedback is anonymous by design — choosing "Question" and entering an email is the only way we can reply to you.

What is 2Veo Tracker?

2Veo Tracker helps you keep a clear, day-by-day record of a long-term condition — migraine, asthma, and post-dural puncture headache (PDPH), with more on the way — and share selected conditions, read-only, with the clinician looking after you. It is a self-management and record-keeping tool. It does not diagnose and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or emergency care.

Getting started

Requirements

2Veo Tracker requires a device signed in to iCloud and uses Sign in with Apple — your health data lives in your own private iCloud, with no separate account and no third-party server. An Apple Watch companion app is included.

Sharing with your doctor

Go to Settings → Data Sharing. You choose which conditions each doctor can see, and you can withdraw a doctor's access to any condition at any time from the same screen. Sharing is read-only for the doctor and uses Apple's secure sharing and your iCloud identity — never your email address.

Apple Health

If you grant access, the app can read sleep, heart-rate, and step data to show correlations and read your tracked medications to help pre-fill entries, and can write the entries you log (such as headache events and asthma readings) back to Apple Health. You control this in the iOS Health app under Sharing, and permissions can be changed at any time.

Research contribution

To support medical research, the app contributes an anonymised, non-identifying copy of your episode data by default. You can turn this off at any time in Settings → Research; see the Privacy Policy for exactly what is contributed.

Deleting your data

Your entries are stored in your private iCloud. You can remove them from within the app, and signing out clears the local copy on the device. To ask about deleting research contributions or any other data, message us via Settings → Feedback → Question.
