Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-07-27

By using 2Veo Tracker you agree to these terms. Please read them alongside the Privacy Policy.

Not medical advice

2Veo Tracker is a self-tracking tool, not a medical device and not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified health provider with any questions about a medical condition. Never disregard professional advice or delay seeking it because of something in the app. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.

Your account

You sign in with Apple. You must be at least 16 years old to use 2Veo Tracker (15 in Korea, per the local App Store rating). You are responsible for keeping access to your Apple ID secure. You must provide accurate information and use the app only for lawful purposes.

Your data and sharing

You own the data you enter. When you connect a clinician through the in-app flow, you are responsible for confirming you have the right person and choosing which conditions to share. We are not responsible for how recipients use the data you choose to share with them.

Research contribution

The app contributes anonymised, non-identifying episode data to support research, on by default, as described in the Privacy Policy. You may opt out at any time in Settings → Research.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt the service, reverse-engineer it for malicious purposes, or use it to harm others or violate any law.

Disclaimers and liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app, including any health decision made in reliance on it.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms; material changes will be surfaced for review.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
